You've started to understand your ADHD.
So, what now?
Perhaps you've recently received an ADHD diagnosis. Maybe you've recognised yourself through your child's experiences, the podcast, a book or years of searching for answers.
Suddenly, so much of your past starts to make sense.
There's relief in understanding why certain things have always felt difficult, why your energy fluctuates or why you've spent so many years trying to meet expectations that never quite worked for you.
But then comes a different question.
How do you actually take that understanding and use it to build a life that works better for you?
How do you move from awareness into acceptance, growth and possibility? How do you begin trusting yourself, recognising your needs and becoming more curious about what you really want?
The Next Chapter is an opportunity to explore exactly that.
A morning to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and consider what compassionate growth might look like for you.
Because understanding your ADHD can be the beginning of something much bigger.
What we'll explore together
At the heart of our morning is my SAFER framework, a compassionate approach to exploring what we need to feel more supported, regulated and fulfilled in our everyday lives.
Together, we'll explore:
Space and Safety: Creating environments and relationships where you feel comfortable being yourself.
Autonomy: Recognising your needs, trusting your decisions and reconnecting with your own sense of agency.
Freedom and Flexibility: Letting go of expectations and finding ways of living that work with your brain.
Enrichment and Energy: Making more room for your strengths, interests, joy and the things that give your life meaning.
Regulation, Rest and Recalibration: Understanding what supports your nervous system, wellbeing and capacity.
Through teaching, personal stories, interactive moments and guided reflection, Kate will help you explore some important questions:
What supports me? What drains me? What am I forcing? What am I ready to let go of? And what might I want to move towards?
There is no enormous to-do list to take home. No expectation to overhaul your life.
Just space to understand yourself more deeply and begin exploring what might be possible next.
There's something powerful about being together
Understanding yourself intellectually and feeling understood by other people are two very different things.
For so many women with ADHD, the journey towards self-understanding has been a lonely one.
The Next Chapter brings us together in a welcoming, intimate setting where you can meet women who understand the overwhelm, the sensitivity, the big ideas, the self-doubt and the experience of discovering ADHD in adulthood.
There'll be opportunities to connect, share experiences, ask questions and simply enjoy being around women who get it.
Coming on your own? You'll be in good company.
There's no expectation to know anyone, share personal experiences or participate in every activity.
And you don't need a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identified or have been exploring your ADHD for years, you're welcome.
My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, uplifted, connected and more hopeful about your next chapter.
And perhaps with that wonderful feeling of realising, "Oh. It's not just me."
What to expect on the day
We're keeping this event intentionally intimate, with just 60 places available, so there's room for meaningful conversation, reflection and connection.
10.30am | Arrive and settle in

During the morning | A chance to pause
We'll take a refreshment break, with time to connect with others or simply enjoy a breather.
Reflection, conversation and questions
We'll explore the themes more deeply through interactive moments, questions and shared perspectives.

Leave with fresh perspectives, meaningful connections and new possibilities to consider for your own next chapter.
The programme may be adjusted slightly as final arrangements are confirmed.
A neurodivergent-friendly experience
We know attending an in-person event can sometimes feel overwhelming. You're welcome to take breaks, move around, step outside or participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Tea, coffee and water will be available throughout the morning.
Come as you are. There's no right way to experience the day.
