ADHD WW Live Events

There is something powerful about being in a room full of women who just get it.

The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Live events are designed to bring the community together in real life. They are gentle, thoughtful spaces where ADHD women can connect, learn, reflect and feel understood without needing to mask, explain or keep up.

These events include a mix of conversation, reflection, teaching and community connection. We talk about the real experiences of living with ADHD, nervous system regulation, wellbeing, identity and the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergent minds.

But just as importantly, these gatherings create space for something many ADHD women rarely experience - the feeling of belonging.

You’ll leave feeling less alone, more understood and with practical insights you can take back into everyday life.
