ADHD WW Live Event
Wilmslow
Following the release of The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit in 2025, Kate Moryoussef invites you to her first in-person ADHD Women’s Wellbeing event, taking place on 6 March.
This one-day gathering is for women with ADHD, with or without a diagnosis, who may be reaching a point where greater self-awareness has sparked new questions about how they want to live, work and care for themselves. For some, this shift may coincide with perimenopause or other life transitions.
Hosted by Kate alongside two specialist guest speakers, the day offers space to pause, reflect and learn in a supportive, understanding environment. Rather than focusing on productivity or self-improvement, the emphasis is on self-compassion, nervous system support, hormonal awareness and building a future that feels more aligned, spacious and sustainable, alongside other like-minded women.
Can’t make it to an event?
Kate’s Workshop Library is packed with on-demand sessions covering everything from burnout and routines to hormones, RSD, and self-belief. Each workshop is practical, ADHD-friendly, and ready for you to dive into whenever it suits you.
