Following the release of the acclaimed ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit in 2025, you’re invited to the first ever in-person, intimate and exclusive ADHD Women’s Wellbeing event with Kate Moryoussef on 6th March.

You may have reached a moment after your ADHD awareness (perhaps during perimenopause) when something quietly shifted? Maybe you’re beginning to understand yourself more clearly now - your brain, your nervous system, your hormones, your energy, your patterns and yet the question becomes, how do I want to live from here?

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, learn, reconnect and step into that next chapter with support, alongside other like-minded women.

Hosted by the ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Podcast host, author, coach, and fellow ADHD-er Kate Moryoussef, alongside two specialist guest experts, this day is not about productivity hacks, doing more or becoming someone new. It’s about meeting yourself (and others) with compassion, reclaiming your inner authority and learning how to grow gently - without shame, guilt, pretence or pressure, all through your own neuro-affirming lens.

Together, in a safe and understanding space, we’ll explore what it means to honour and support your hormones, listen within, regulate your nervous system, trust your inner guidance and build a future that feels more aligned, spacious and authentically yours - alongside your newly discovered neurodivergence.

What The Day Will Offer

  • Thoughtful, practical sessions focused on understanding ADHD in women in an intimate community setting

  • Time to listen, reflect and ask questions

  • Honest conversation and shared experience

  • Opportunities to connect with other women in the room

  • Tools and insights you can take away and use in everyday life

  • Opportunity to buy signed copies of The ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Toolkit

Who This Day is For

Kate’s first ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Live event is for you if

  • You are a midlife woman who has come to understand that ADHD or neurodivergence has unknowingly been shaping your health, wellbeing and many other overlapping areas of your life for far longer than you realised and you’re now ready to meet that awareness with curiosity and compassion rather than self-criticism.

  • You’re feeling the pull towards a different way of living, working, and being - one that honours your nervous system, energy and changing hormonal landscape, rather than pushing against them.

  • You’re tired of masking, over-functioning, burning out and carrying guilt for needing rest. Maybe you want to finally feel more grounded in your body, clearer in your boundaries, and more trusting of your inner guidance.

You don’t need to be “fully healed,” confident, or certain about what comes next. You simply need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore what gentle, self-led growth could look like: supported, understood, and in community with others who truly get it.

Please come and bring friends if:

  • You are a woman with ADHD, curious, diagnosed or self-diagnosed

  • You want practical insight

  • You value community and shared understanding

  • You want to learn more about how your mind, nervous system and body work

  • You want to leave feeling validated, clearer, regulated, knowldegable and less alone

Kate’s work is rooted in bringing women together to feel more connected to themselves and others, to deepen their understanding of how ADHD shows up in their lives, and to offer accessible lifestyle tools that feel realistic and supportive.
