More About Me and How I Can Help You On Your ADHD Journey

I knew over 20 years ago that if I didn’t prioritise my wellbeing, I was going to be in trouble.

I’m Kate, an ADHD lifestyle & wellbeing coach, EFT practitioner, podcast host, author, and mum to four amazing, uniquely neurodivergent kids.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40, alongside one of my daughters, after years of feeling like I was doing all the right things but still feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and like I was quietly burning out.

Kate with curly hair sits on a brown couch, wearing a red cardigan and multiple bracelets on their left wrist. Natural light filters through a window with white curtains in the softly lit background, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

I know what it’s like to constantly juggle, to give everything to everyone else, and to wonder, “When is it my turn to feel calm, understood, and okay?”

That’s why I do this work to support women like you in finding balance, self-trust, and tools that actually work with your ADHD nervous system and brain.

If you’re wondering where to start, my workshops are a great place.

You don’t need to do this alone.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in burnout, or just starting to explore ADHD, I offer real-world support that meets you where you are.

I help women with ADHD feel:

  • Less overwhelmed and more clear-headed

  • Less shame and more self-compassion

  • More able to honour their nervous systems, energy levels, boundaries and needs

  • More connected to who they really are without a mask
